Overall quiet little hotel, good meals.
The hotel met expectation, it had a magnificent location with very friendly and extremely helpful staff. Location next to bus station and train station, St Peter's Square at a liesurely pace in about 10 minutes and Piazza Nevona historical center.

It was a superb place. We travelled around Italy and stayed at different places, but this was the best! You cant ask for more - the person in- charge - Irina - was very helpful and welcoming...waited for us though we were bit late and explained everything. Infact, informed me in advance of how the room would look like. The place was very neat and tidy. There is light breakfast available in the room and a small kitchen with some utensils. You can make coffee at any time you want. There is tv in the room for quick relaxation and ac as well. All rooms are attached and its just 5 mins walk from St Peters Basilica & the Vatican city. There is a bus which runs very closeby which connects to the city & train station (although its busy) and for others the city tours bus also comes just in front of the Basilica. I loved the stay here, would visit again and would recommend to anyone!
It could have a microwave to warm food brought from outside - although most BnBs doesnt have it either - so its not a fault at all. Otherwise, nothing bad...excellent place!

Irina, the host was the best part. She was extremely helpful and accomodating. She even let me use her cell phone to make a local mobile call. The location was good too....right next to the Vatican. I could see St. Peter's Basilica every time I left the b and B.
The bed and pillow were hard as a rock. Didn't sleep very well.

The hotel is not a hotel, but a private apartment in an apartment building. There are 4 private rooms with keys and a common kitchen. The room we stayed in was very clean and confortable, not so big, but not very small, with bathroom that had a separated shower cabin, hair dryer. We had AC and a small Tv, a small fridge. We ate in our room, because in the small kitchen you can only prepare your tea or coffee and wash the dishes. The location is very close to the Vatican. It has a bus-station line 64 that goes to Termini through the city-center. The closest metro is at 15 min distance on the red line, also to Termini. The personel is formed from one person, Irina, who is very pretty and helpfull young girl. You can reach her by the phone in the room, at every hour of the day. In conclusion, it is a nice location to stay for a few days, but the price it's a little too expensive for just a room in an apartment, not a hotel.
A little too expensive for just a room in an apartment, not a hotel, even if it's close to the Vatican.

Good location, very good value for money. Clean and nice room. You can check in and out at any time you like. It's b&b, but snacks are available all day in common kitchenette. Bus line 64 passes next to hotel - it connects Termini, City center and Vatican.
Some problems with hot water. Rooms are bellow ground level - no daylight.

San Peter Rome b&b is in a perfect location, St Peters Basillica and Vatican is a 5 minute walk max. The b&b and rooms where spot less. Small kitchen area for you to make tea/coffee and toast (shared with other rooms). Would 100% stay again when next in Rome.
